Plaitoe’s employee portal is used for employee engagement, employee interaction and will increase internal communication. The employee portal comes with many great features. Some of these features include easy employee on-boarding, a leave management system, document storage, employee bulletin board, internal messaging, a confidential grievance system, task development system for supervisors and an employee directory with contact information.
On-boarding
On-boarding
When an employee is hired, they are given access to their organization’s employee portal. With this access, each employee can fill out all their initial new hire paperwork. In other words, all the time it would take to print, prepare and review new hire paperwork is now over. Instead, employee on-boarding is done completely electronically and through the employee portal. Because Plaitoe’s system was designed with everyone in mind, the process is not only user-friendly, but it saves everyone a tremendous amount of time. In other words, it is much more convenient than your current process. Aside from that, all your company’s custom forms are built into Plaitoe’s system.

Within Plaitoe’s employee portal, all employees and supervisors have access to the leave management system where they can request leave. Whether the leave is for vacation, sick time, or other paid time-off benefits such as Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) or Short-Term Disability (STD), Plaitoe has you covered. More importantly, everything is done within the cloud-based human resource information system.
On the other hand, however, each supervisor can easily manage their employees leave. Plaitoe’s leave management system includes a built-in calendar that shows current employee scheduled time-off as well as a customized holiday schedule. Moreover, an employee can easily access forms such as FMLA or STD directly from the employee portal.
